Lough & Wells Lawyers is a family owned legal practice located in the historic Wye Lodge in Wollongong’s CBD.
Trevor Wells, our most senior practitioner, has been a partner of the business since 1998. Trevor is highly respected in the community and now runs the firm as its Principal Director. Trevor personally oversees each case of the firm.
Our small team of solicitors have over 70 years of combined legal experience. This means that each of the firm’s clients has the advantage of personal attention from an experienced solicitor. We believe this sets us apart from other larger, less personal firms.
We specialise in personal injury litigation, with Trevor and Kellie, Trevor’s daughter, each being accredited specialists in personal injury law. We also offer services in conveyancing and property, superannuation, wills, probate and estate planning, criminal law, family law, employment law, and commercial litigation.

Kellie Wells
Kellie Wells, a director of the firm and also the daughter of Trevor Wells, has worked at Lough & Wells since 1998.
