Kellie Wells

Kellie Wells is a director of the firm and is also the daughter of Trevor Wells.

Kellie studied at the University of Wollongong where she obtained a degree in Law and a degree in Arts (with Distinction). Kellie was admitted as a solicitor to the Supreme Court of NSW in February 2003 and the High Court of Australia in September 2015. She has worked at Lough & Wells since 1998, initially as a law clerk whilst at University and subsequently practising as a solicitor following her admission.

Kellie is an accredited specialist in personal injury law specialising in medical negligence.

Kellie has experience in various areas of law including medical negligence, school bullying and harassment, slips and falls, common law equity and employment law. Kellie’s practice largely consists of common law personal injury claims where Kellie is responsible for all steps involved with a claim from taking instructions to presenting the claim in  the District Court and the Supreme Court. Kellie has developed valuable experience in the Court of Appeal and the High Court and is able to assist her clients with all aspects of Common Law litigation.

Growing up as the eldest in a large family, Kellie’s free time is spent with her nieces and nephew when she is not supporting the Sydney Roosters or baking.
